- The “case” is the highest level item within the CRM. The table view could be improved, to highlight that case is on the top level, and applicants are assigned to a case - for now it seems like applicants are above a case
- Underlined Case number isn’t the most obvious solution to see case details. Adding a CTA saying “View case details” for each case, would make it much more intuitive.

- Redesigning the Case details page could provide more cohesion and readability within the dashboard. Mixing case details with product details on the same page might be confusing for users.
I think grouping Case content within the page would be a good improvement. For example, at the top of the page there’s Add Product CTA. Below there are applicants, and underneath there are actual products assigned to the case. It would be more intuitive if we group content together, we could have 3 sections for example
- Applicants associated with a product, and all action that regards to them
- Products, with CTA to Add Product - grouped together
- Overall details regarding the case
- It’s confusing that the products look like and are in the same row as tabs. Within the tabs there are overall details regarding the case, and the entire page below is dedicated to that. A Product is lower in the hierarchy, that’s why I don’t think its a good solution to replace the entire case data with a single product data. Currently single product details seem to be at the same level of hierarchy as Case Summary, or Timeline
- 4 visible slots for applicant suggest there may be only 4 applicants associated with a case (is it an actual constraint?). Empty slots could be easily replaced with a single CTA, and that would save some space on the dashboard
- It’s confusing how the bottom navigation with CTAs works. The entire page is dedicated to a specific case. So in this situation, it’s clear that the nav with CTAs refers to the case. But when a product is selected (user remains on the same page, and the page is still dedicated to a case - only bottom section changes, it behaves like a tab ) - the navigation changes, and it now refers to the selected product.
- Clicking notification “bell icon” takes user to the Business Summary view on the main dashboard. It’s definitely not what user would expect
