Fact Find needs to cover multiple products

Think of it as a “Fact Find Answer set” that lives within the case and is attached to different products

Fact Find Starting Point

If fact find hasn’t been started yet, then once user clicks “Start Fact Find” - a modal appears, asking user whether they want to use existing Fact Find set of answers. (existing set of questions are associated with a case), or they want to create a new set of questions - if so, what structure do you want to use. They can also copy answers to a new fact find - from the one already existing in the system (e.g. a customer wants to have a new mortgage, but 2 years ago he already went through the mortgage process while getting his 1st mortgage, so he already filled Fact Find

<aside> 💡 Fact Find structure

  1. At the top level of the Fact Find, there are Versions, available in System Settings. It allows users to create vary FF structures, for different products
  2. Inside a Version, there are Pages (the long list of links) e.g. Applicant Details
  3. Then there are Sections, and these are basically just hedings - e.g. Preferred Names
  4. And within a section, there are questions
