- Schedule a contact is just for a broker, to know what time is best for a client to be contacted
⚠️ There’s no need to confirm exact time
- A client will be able to request a call via email CTA
- In Mortgage Source results list [sourcing], we show top 5 results. User can expand the list to see all results.
⚠️ Consider adding a feature that will allow advisor to pin or dismiss results
❗️ That feature might be unnecessary
- Contacts that haven’t taken any action from retention emails sent, and havent’t make a contact should be at the top of the table - hight priority. Contact’s that are closes to the SVR date should be most urgent
- If a user hasn’t taken any action, then it’s a broker job to arrange a call

- Personalised email - sent when we have all information
- Alert email - sent when there’s just a piece of required information
- In confirmation email, include a CTA to reschedule/cancel requested call
- in past interviews, the brokers confirmed that they would like to have the option of referning their retention emails
- Allow users to choose how often they would like to receive Mortgage Monitor email (each month, every 3 months etc)
